Cuyana is committed to the quality of our products with a two-year warranty policy on our bags and small leather goods / leather accessories. All other products, including clothing, jewelry, and straw hats, are limited to a one-year warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. We will not be liable for defects or damages that fall outside our warranty policy.
Original purchase information or proof of purchase is required to fulfill the warranty policy. Our warranty policy covers items purchased through Bloomingdale's and Nordstrom channels with a valid order number. Sample Sale purchases are excluded from our warranty.
