Eligible items are those not marked "Final Sale," are not monogrammed, and are within the 30 day return window. Eligibility can be confirmed when beginning a gift return.
The following information is needed to initiate a gift return.
- The order number beginning in #200
- The Zip/postal code associated with the shipping address
- The gift receiver's Email Address (this ensures Digital Gift Card is sent to the gift receivers and not the original purchaser)

To begin a gift return:

- Follow the prompt "Returning a Gift? Start Here."
- If eligible, please follow the prompted steps to complete the returns process.
Cuyana uses Happy Returns to facilitate the return process. Happy Returns makes it easy to ship back your items with a pre-paid return label or to drop off your items at a Return Bar near you. Return Bar returns are a more sustainable option, as items are returned in bulk, without packaging; reducing plastics and carbon footprint.
If returning to a Happy Returns Drop off location, the Digital Gift Card is issued instantly upon inspection and approval at the Return Bar. For parcel returns, the Digital Gift Card is issued upon inspection and approval within 14 days of arriving to the distribution center.
Returns in the "started" status that haven't been dropped off at a Return Bar or shipped within 30 days will automatically expire.
*Digital Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be reversed, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
