To initiate a domestic return, please visit https://cuyana-prod.happyreturns.com/ (the return portal can also be accessed via the footer of Cuyana.com).
You will need the order number beginning in #200 and the zip/postal code associated with the order's shipping address. You will be able to select items that are eligible for return. Eligible items are those not marked "Final Sale," are not monogrammed, and are within the 30 day return window. Please note that any shipping or gift boxing charges are non-refundable.

Cuyana uses Happy Returns to facilitate the return process. Happy Returns makes it easy to ship back your items with a pre-paid return label or to drop off your items at a Return Bar near you. Return Bar returns are a more sustainable option, as items are returned in bulk, without packaging; reducing plastics and carbon footprint.
If returning to a Happy Returns Drop off location, the refund is processed upon inspection and approval at the Return Bar. Parcel returns are refunded upon inspection and approval within 14 days of arriving to the distribution center. Once a refund is processed, it may take up to 5 business days to post to your account.
Returns in the "started" status that haven't been dropped off at a Return Bar or shipped within 30 days will automatically expire.
